
Youth Impact Program ©(Y.I.P.) at Malayalam Academy Hong Kong is designed to foster a sense of belonging, competencies and leadership skills among the youth of Hong Kong, local and ethnic communities, through intercultural exchange of knowledge and skills in a mutually beneficial positive learning community while encouraging global citizenship.
The participating secondary school students meets twice a month to interact and build their competencies for public speaking, story writing, inter-personal skills and further level up to debate , business pitching and leadership skills.
The Youth Impact Conference 2025(2-6 pm.) will be the final session of the 16-session youth impact program held from Sep'24-June of every Year, when all diverse participants, community members, key educational leaders would come together, to share more on the intercultural intergenerational collaborative impact of this program.

Every Meeting focusses on a sustainable learning theme, public speaking, impromptu speaking and critical thinking skills for expressive communication, inter-personal communication. The Program involves experiential learning of community service, social impact activities, interview skills , business pitching skills with a wellbeing and growth mindset to explore
